Rundown (9/09-9/15) Bonk This Bank!

This is such a petty thing, but the way Pokemon Bank subscriptions are handled really bothers me.  At first I thought that if your subscription lapsed, you could more or less indefinitely recover your stored Pokemon, but no, they are erased from the server after a while, and then they are gone forever, which is utter nonsense, especially considering how renewing one’s subscription works.  You need to wait until you have 14 days or less left on your pass before you can extend the subscription, and if you forget, say goodbye to whatever is in there. No email notifications, no nothing. I have a near complete Pokedex (I missed Marshadow a while back), a box of shinies, alternate forms, and a Ditto with 3 perfect IVs in there.  Do you know how upset and fundamentally broken I would be if I were to lose all of that? More than a goldarn smidget.

Rundown (1/07-1/13) Livin’ the Trans Life

So, for the past two weeks I have been presenting myself as female whenever I go out, and doing so had felt rather.. odd to me.  On one hand, I feel as if I am doing nothing different at all, seeing as how I started feminizing my voice years ago, and started altering my walking patterns several months ago.  It truly feels as if I am doing nothing different as I was when presenting myself as male, except now I have a feminine, if swollen, face, and my hair is a bit longer and nicer.  I guess you could say the change does not feel as massive as I initially thought it would, but that’s okay, considering I am more comfortable with myself than I have been in many, many years.

Rundown (6/05-6/11) PRE3 2016: Now With Less Eroge

00 Dogs

E3 2016 is days away, and PRE3 2016 is in full effect.  Reveals were made, trailers dropped, and leaks are still dripping from the sweaty underbelly of the video game industry in anticipation for the hype driven commercialized video game event of the year.  I could be jaded and cynical about the whole blasted affair, but I’d gain nothing but smug satisfaction in doing so.  It’s a fun and exciting time in the world of video games, so I may try to enjoy it and everything related to it. Rundown (7/26-8/01) Set Gamindustri on Fire and Beat Off on the Flames

0 Jojo CEO paul marketting badnes oh dear gameinustri is on fire fuck the policeI know that it would be really hard, and the framerate would constantly plummet to 20 fps if one is lucky, but I really want to see a game where you can destroy all the buildings in it.  Sure, there was Red Faction Guerrilla, but I want something like that set in a big modern city, as I get bored seeing the same darn sights when commuting every week and want there to be a game where you can cause collateral damage to millions and cost the city trillions as you destroy national monuments for the lolz.  Instead the closest thing to what I want is No Man’s Sky, but I’m pretty sure the space cops will kill you if you try to dig a hole through the other side of the planet just to see how the game handles this.
