Rundown (3/04-3/10) Stop Everything! Press-Switch is Out!

So, a new build of Press-Switch came out, utterly surprising me, and as is always the case with releases of this game, or its sister title Student Transfer, it shot straight up on my priority list.  Except this time I am actually going to review this latest build V0.5a, even though it is largely a revision that does not have most of the content, as, due to coding issues and a desire to change the introduction, the game needs to basically be remade.  That would be enough to dissuade me in most cases, but screw it, I’ve wanted to review this game for almost 4 bloody years, and I’m gonna do it! At least, after I put out this massive Rundown.

Rundown (10/15-10/21) A Master No More!

Over the past few weeks, there has been a distribution going on for the new legendary Pokemon, Marshadow, which was distributed at GameStop in the United States.  Unfortunately, I missed my chance to visit one to get the mode needed to get the new Pokemon and preserve my complete Pokedex.  Why is that the case?  Well, I am not very mobile on my own (I cannot drive) and the task of asking my mother if I could stop by one of these stores was a bit too much for me, what with my social anxiety and such.  I downplay it a lot, but my social anxiety and poor social skills makes it genuinely hard to do even basic tasks.  I feel awkward so much as saying hello to someone unless they greet me first. Rundown (6/13) E3 2017: Prelude to Final Climax

Well, after two days of staying up obscenely late and writing approximately 7,000 words on video games announcements, I am getting fed-up with this whole charade that points out just how darn formulaic I can be with these Rundowns.  I know that one of my weaknesses as a writer is my reliance on formula and a structure that I can base my writings about, and while I do try to break away from this when possible, it is far too easy to fall into a routine when doing something on a large scale.  Anyways, E3 is almost done, and I just have Nintendo’s showing and a few more things to take care of. Rundown (4/23-4/29) I Never Played a PS2 Game

Considering I have a website primarily dedicated to game reviews and news, it should probably come as a surprise that I never so much as touched a Playstation 2 with my own hands.  I had opportunities to play the system at a friend’s house when I was a little kid, but I never took advantage of that and instead preferred watching them play.  It is the best selling video game console of all time, was the prominent one during a bulk of my childhood, and the fact that I never did, and likely never will, play a game on the thing just makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong.  Then again, I sometimes feel that way about existing, so I’m probably just a bit of a fool for getting worked up over such a semantic thing.

1 P4G I need an adult becoming grown up no longer a child think of the kids youngsters little onesNeptunia Re;Birth3 is taking forever because it is a Neptunia game and twice as long as it needs to be.  Meanwhile, I have yet to touch Student Transfer, and now Higurashi Chapter 2 is out.  I would start binging, but I have two papers due next week, and I need to work on a group project in addition to my next novel, so I’m a busy little buckeroo.  I also want to buy my new computer parts soon, build it, and get my new PC all ready, but that may need to wait until after this semester… when I’m working full time for a month.  I also want to come out as transgender, but am so terrified of worrying my poor mother that I feel I can’t.  Also, I’m turning 21 on Wednesday.  Growing up is hard! Rundown (6/16) E3 2015: It’s Over and I’m Not Particularly Happy…

And E3 is done… Kinda.  Yes, I know the first proper day just happened, but after the press events, my work is mostly done, and 90% of the announcements are out of the way.  It’s just impressions from here on out, which is just dandy in my book.  However, Nintendo, Square Enix, and AMD all had press conferences, so I’ll just get to explaining what the blazes they were about, and what my Autistic mind thought about them.
